Eligibility to Use:

To become a Vrindavantrips User, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement. Users are responsible for understanding and abiding by the conditions outlined in the booking confirmation and voucher, along with this User Agreement.

Responsibilities of Users:

If making a booking on behalf of another person, Users are accountable for communicating all terms of this Agreement to the individual. Compliance with procedures, guidelines, and applicable laws is crucial for a seamless experience.

Services “As Is” Basis:

Vrindavantrips provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify features or functionality without prior notice. We disclaim all warranties, emphasizing the importance of user discretion.

Booking Procedures

• Carefully review booking details before confirming.
• Agree to all conditions in booking confirmations and vouchers.
• Inform others of terms if booking on their behalf.

Communication Consent:

Users authorize Vrindavantrips to contact them via phone, message, and email, superseding preferences set through national customer preference registers.

Fees and Payment:

In addition to Service Providers’ charges, Vrindavantrips may impose convenience or service fees, subject to change. Users will be informed of any additional fees before confirming bookings.

• Vrindavantrips may charge convenience or service fees.
• Short charges may be deducted later.
• Price increases due to taxes or levies are user-borne.
• Unconfirmed bookings will be refunded.
• Payments only to Vrindavantrips bank accounts.
• Never share sensitive financial information with anyone.
• Refunds processed to the original payment method.
• Various payment modes available (UPI, credit/debit cards, etc.).

Payment Responsibility:

Users are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments arising from service use, as per applicable laws.

Payment Security:

All payments are to be made to Indian Overseas’s bank accounts. Users must refrain from transferring money to unauthorized accounts, ensuring secure transactions.

Refund Policies:

Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed to the respective account from which payment was made. Cancellation policies apply as communicated during booking.

Right to Refuse:

Vrindavantrips reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion. Users engaging in unauthorized activities, breaching terms, or posing risks may face limitations, warnings, suspension, or termination.

• Vrindavantrips may refuse bookings without reason.
• May limit user activity, suspend accounts, or refuse service for breaches.
• Banned users may not re-register.
• May recover due amounts and take legal action for breaches.
• Users must not write abusive, offensive, or illegal content.
• End service providers may also refuse service for valid reasons.

User Conduct:

Users must refrain from abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct. Violation of terms may lead to legal action.

Right to Cancel:

Correct and valid information is essential. VrindavanTrips may cancel services if information is unauthorized, incorrect, or misrepresented. Users won’t hold MMT responsible for losses arising from such cancellations.

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Vrindavantrips may cancel bookings for unauthorized requests or misrepresentation.
• Bookings may be canceled at the request of authorities.
• Users may not hold Vrindavantrips liable for cancellations due to fraud prevention.

UPI Related Terms & Conditions:

Third Party Application Provider (TPAP) under UPI. End-users can raise complaints for unauthorized or misrepresented transactions.

Bus and Cab Services:

Facilitates bus and cab bookings, connecting users with operators.

Types of Cab Bookings:

• Outstation Cab
• Car Rental (intracity and intercity)
• Airport Drop

Conclusion:

• Applicability: This User Agreement, along with the Terms of Service (collectively, the “User Agreement”), sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of services and products provided by Vrindavantrips.
• Eligibility to Use: The user must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement to become a user and utilize the services offered by Vrindavantrips. Users are advised to carefully review the description of the services and products before making a booking. By making a booking, users agree to be bound by all the conditions contained in the booking confirmation or the confirmed booking voucher. These conditions are to be read in conjunction with the User Agreement. If a user intends to make a booking on behalf of another person, it is the user’s responsibility to inform the other person about the terms of this Agreement, including all applicable rules and restrictions.
• Compliance and Service Provision: Users are required to abide by all procedures and guidelines related to the use of services available through Vrindavantrips. Additionally, users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders issued by the relevant authorities. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vrindavantrips may change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without prior notice. Vrindavantrips disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Contact Authorization and Communication: By using the services, the user authorizes Vrindavantrips’s representative to contact them via phone, message, and email. This consent supersedes any preferences set by the user through national customer preference registers or similar preferences.
